Director of Faith Formation - Christ the King, Cary. Full-time

The Director of Faith Formation will oversee Faith Formation of all ages (cradle to “grace”), including youth ministry activities. They are supported in this by a team of part-time staff members and committed lay leaders. Specific Expectations/Responsibilities: Develop and implement Faith Formation Strategy at Christ the King. - Lead & develop Faith Formation Team (Part-Time Staff Members) to execute Faith Formation Program. - Recruit, develop and lead volunteers to execute Faith Formation vision and programs. - Engage the congregation in active participation in Passing on Faith both within the church walls and in homes. -  Increase adult participation in faith formation activities for their own spiritual development as well as guides for their peers, youth and children. - Teach classes for a variety of ages and be present at/lead major youth faith formation events such as Beach Retreat, Confirmation Camp, 1st Communion. - Serve as Senior Staff liaison to the Christian Education Committee, the Youth Ministry Committee, the Early Childhood Center Board and taskforces as assigned. - Become an active member of the Christ the King congregation and ministry.

Director of Youth and Family Ministry - Macedonia Evangelical Lutheran Church, Burlington, NC. Full-time

Youth Leader - Amazing Grace, Granite Falls. Part-time
