Purpose:  To learn more about our spiritual gifts, how to be a servant leader and to start the 
               process of discerning our place in the Christian community. Participants 
               learn of their communications skills, discipleship gifts and how to use 
               these in their congregation, conference, school and synod. 

Considerable time is spent in small groups with two adult facilitators. Each morning and evening participants are paired with one other person for guided reflection time.
