Faith Formation Resource Sharing

As part of our commitment to sharing resources and equipping congregations to pass on the faith, we began the process of establishing teaching congregations in January of 2007. The following seven congregations have now been trained by the Youth & Family Institute in how to effectively pass on faith to all those we encounter.

Following the Passing on Faith II conference, we are highlighting resources that folks are using in their congregations and homes to help pass on the faith. This is the beginning of a resource sharing site for all to use. Please share your resources too. Anything concerning the Four Keys, Milestones, etc. would be great to share.

The Faith Chest Liturgy is taken from the New Milestone Ministry Manual available from the Youth & Family Institute. This manual contains 16 milestones - ready to use. The Four Keys - Caring Conversations, Devotions, Service and Rituals/Traditions come to us from the doctoral work of Dr. David Anderson, also with the Youth & Family Institute. Thanks David!
